We saw what was missing.
After years of building a hiring platform for Filipino talent, I realized something: Latin America had the same incredible potential — bilingual professionals, same timezone as US teams, strong technical talent — but no dedicated platform to connect them with employers.
Employers were scattered across generic freelancer sites, paying agency markups, or relying on word-of-mouth. There was no single place that combined recruiting, verification, and team management for talent in Latin America.
We took everything we learned building HireTalent.ph (pre-screening, tool certifications, direct hiring without middlemen) and brought it to Latin America.

I built my first company with a remote team from the Philippines. It worked so well that I started a platform to help other founders do the same.
