Should I pick a plan or Done-For-You Recruiting?
Pick a plan if you want to run the hiring yourself: post jobs, message candidates, then manage and pay your team on HireTalent.lat. Pick Done-For-You Recruiting if you want our recruiters to run the search and hand you a shortlist. You can use both, and every placement includes 6 months of platform access.
What does "track and pay X people per month" mean?
It means you can run up to that many active hires through HireTalent.lat at the same time. For each person you get time tracking, invoices, payments through Wise, compliance documents, and daily recaps. Add another person for $20/month each on the Free plan or $20/month on Employer.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Creating an account is free. You can search our talent directory, bookmark up to 10 candidates, and message anyone who applies to your jobs. A job post is $48, and tracking and paying someone through HireTalent.lat is $20/month per person.
How does Done-For-You Recruiting work?
Tell us the role and our recruiting team runs the entire search: sourcing in and beyond our network, screening, and first-round interviews. You interview the strongest candidates we find within 10 business days and hire with a 90-day replacement guarantee. It costs 20% of the hire's first-year salary, with $999 due upfront to start the search.
Is the Done-For-You Recruiting deposit refundable?
Yes. The upfront $999 kicks off the search and is credited against the placement fee when you hire. If we can't bring you candidates worth interviewing, it's refunded in full.
Do I need a subscription to use Done-For-You Recruiting?
No. Done-For-You Recruiting is a separate service, and every placement includes 6 months of full platform access to manage your new hire. You can also keep using the self-serve plans alongside it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe.
Do you charge fees for paying contractors?
No, we don't add any fees on top of payments. You pay the standard Wise transfer fees, which are typically much lower than traditional international wire transfers.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. A plan or billing change applies right away, and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. If you cancel instead, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
