What happens if the hire doesn't work out?

If a placement doesn't work out within 60 days, we'll conduct a replacement search at no additional charge. We don't offer cash refunds on the placement fee — our team puts in significant time sourcing, screening, and interviewing — but we stand behind our work with a full replacement. You're only charged when we make a successful introduction, so the risk is low from the start.

What does 20% of first-year salary mean in practice?

If you hire someone at $2,000/month ($24,000/year), our fee is $4,800 — paid only after a successful hire. No retainers, no upfront fees. You only pay when we deliver.

What if I don't want any of the candidates you present?

If we present finalists and none are the right fit, we'll keep searching. The placement fee is only triggered when we make a successful introduction and you decide to move forward with a hire — not before. If after multiple rounds no candidates work for you, we'll discuss options including returning any deposit.

Can I still use the platform myself while you search?

Yes. You can browse the talent database and post jobs independently at the same time. Done-For-You is a separate service layered on top.
