We’re looking for a skilled video editor who can create highly polished 2–5 minute speaker reels that capture attention and highlight credibility.

You’ll be working with raw keynote footage, interviews, and b-roll to craft reels that tell a story and build authority for professional speakers.

The style should feel cinematic, engaging, and confidence-building, the type of reel a speaker would be proud to show to conference organizers or event planners.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cutting down longform keynotes, interviews, or testimonials into concise 2–5 minute reels

• Adding captions, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics where needed

• Sourcing or enhancing b-roll and background music to match pacing

• Ensuring a clean, professional, and brand-consistent final product

What we’re looking for:

• Strong portfolio of short, polished video edits (speaker reels, promo reels, or similar)

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects for motion graphics

• Experience with color correction, audio balancing, and storytelling pacing

• Ability to work independently, with fast turnaround times and attention to detail

Project details:

• Ongoing project-based work (with the possibility of consistent gigs)

• Each reel: 2–5 minutes finished length

• Source footage provided (mix of camera footage, b-roll, and stock)

• Remote, flexible hours
