**THIS IS A LONG TERM POSITION (years)**
We are seeking a client experience specialist with a strong background or exceptional people skills to join our employment law firm in Los Angeles. This job is fully remote. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, assessing their needs, and providing them updates throughout the entire duration of their case. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and trust. This is not your typical customer service job, you would be responsible for handling 180-200 clients throughout the entire duration of their cases so it definitely requires a background in high volume client facing positions. No prior knowledge of any legal background or employment law is required (you will be trained). **Relevant Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (strong accents are a big barrier for clear client communication, so minimal accent preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sales experience or customer service background preferred (Not Required)
- Ability to assess client needs
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
**Pay Structure:**
-Paid 2 times per month (1st and 15th)
-You will be paid a monthly salary and always have the same set hours that will not change (SALARY NEGOTIABLE AND DEPENDENT ON SKILLSET)
-We offer PTO
-You will have the opportunity to make monthly commission on top of your base salary that will based on performance set metrics
