We are hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Appointment Setter / Lead Follow-Up Specialist whose primary role is to respond to incoming leads inside our email sequencing tool and follow up consistently until a meeting is booked with our sales team.
Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
•Responding promptly and professionally to all incoming leads inside our email outreach tool.
•Writing clear, friendly, and persuasive email replies to move conversations forward.
•Following up consistently with cold, warm, and engaged leads until they book a call.
•Tracking all leads, follow-ups, and conversations inside the CRM.
•Booking qualified meetings directly onto the sales team’s calendar.
•Managing inbox replies daily to ensure no lead is ever left unattended.
•Using ChatGPT or AI tools to polish replies and speed up communication.
•Keeping detailed notes and updating lead statuses as conversations progress.
•Providing weekly reports on booked calls, active conversations, and follow-up status.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
• Excellent written English (required).
•Experience writing professional, friendly, and persuasive emails.
• Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, Lead Generator, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
•Strong follow-up discipline — you never let a lead go cold.
•High organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume reply inbox.
•Comfort using CRM tools, email sequencing tools, and AI assistants like ChatGPT.
•A reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.
•Availability of ~20 hours per week with fast response times.
