You’re someone who thrives inside systems — but you also know how to communicate with real people.

We’re hiring a Marketing Systems Expert who can own our backend tech inside GoHighLevel and help coordinate what’s happening across our client-facing work. You’ll work directly with the founder (Adrian), the support team, and sometimes a few clients to make sure the right tech is in place — and the right people know what’s going on.

This is a part-time role (20–25 hours/week), but we’re looking for someone who’s reliable, proactive, and ready to be a long-term partner in the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and update funnels in GoHighLevel (expect 4–5 per week — copy and assets are provided)

• Set up automations, pipelines, calendars, and internal logic with speed and precision

• Maintain CRM, system updates, and backend flow for client campaigns

• Track funnel data and help us stay on top of basic KPIs

• Communicate clearly with customer support when systems change, go live, or need clarification

• Keep a pulse on a few clients — not as support, but to ensure smooth delivery and clean handoffs

• Maintain and improve SOPs so the systems you build are replicable

• Handle clean visual presentation of pages and emails (graphic skills are helpful but don’t need to be expert-level)

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced GoHighLevel experience (this is non-negotiable)

• Strong communication in English — especially written

• A tech-savvy, self-led teammate who doesn’t wait for direction

• Ability to document what you build and flag problems before they grow

• Familiarity with performance tracking, basic analytics, and CRM best practices

• Bonus if you’ve worked inside tools like ClickUp, Slack, Loom, Google Sheets
