This person is extremely teachable. He or she is hopefully coming from an accounting or engineering background so attention to detail is of the utmost importance. They don't necessarily have to have an email background or lead generation but they do need to watch multiple videos, follow instructions, and take their own notes so that it's replicable over and over and over again for different clients.

I will be providing them the Lead Gen Jay school training and they'll need to go through all of it. They'll be paid for the training but it won't be full payment so that way they can go through it faster and we'll give them a test project while they're going through it. The idea here is that they are going to start part-time as they progress and we get more clients for email marketing. I see that they can handle all the requirements needed to have a successful email campaign. This requires:

• setup
• testing
• AB testing
• Everything that Lead Gen Jay school requiers for a successful cold email campaign, implement

More than anything else I don't care if they're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced (of course taking into account hourly salary) but the critical thing here is that they are extremely malleable, teachable, follow instructions to the letter, and can take information, digest it, and implement.  As per my discussion with Jonathan, he understand exactly what this position entails and he already has some people in mind.  Thanks!
