We already have:
An SEO Lead handling research and strategy.
Specialists assigned per client/project for content execution.
An Editor ensuring quality across all deliverables.
Now we need you to be the glue: managing projects, keeping everyone on track, and ensuring deadlines and client deliverables are consistently met. You’ll also eventually take over onboarding of new specialists/client onboarding/etc. You will control the entire process of managing the agency
You’ll coordinate between the SEO Lead, specialists, and editor, ensuring tasks move from research → execution → QA → client delivery on time. You also need to be incredible at writing and modifying SOPs. We have a lot of things that need to be documented, for your sake and to keep everyone on track
You’ll manage multiple projects in Asana, keep communication organized in Slack, and serve as the point of contact for the CEO and clients for day-to-day updates.
Your ultimate goal: make projects run like a machine so the founder can focus on sales and strategy.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Translate SEO Lead’s strategy into weekly tasks for specialists.
Assign and track tasks in Asana, ensuring clear deadlines and accountability.
Maintain project timelines and capacity planning across all clients.
Team Management
Run daily/weekly check-ins with specialists and editor.
Monitor progress, unblock bottlenecks, and reassign work if needed.
Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
Client Communication
Prepare and send weekly/bi-weekly client updates and reports.
Acknowledge and respond to client messages in Slack/email.
Escalate only strategic issues to the founder.
Quality Control & Reporting
Review deliverables before they reach clients.
Ensure reports are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.
Track KPIs: task completion rate, turnaround time, client satisfaction.
Process Improvement
Suggest ways to streamline workflows, automations, and reporting.
Keep Asana and Slack organized and standardized across all projects.
Requirements
2+ years experience in project management (ideally in SEO, content, or digital marketing agency).
Excellent organizational skills — can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
Strong communication — clear, concise, and proactive.
Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace (or similar tools).
Ability to enforce deadlines and hold team members accountable.
Comfortable working fully remote with a Philippines-based team.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in SEO/content production workflows.
Knowledge of basic SEO concepts (keywords, backlinks, on-page optimization).
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows.
Exposure to client communication in agency settings.
