How are invoices generated automatically?
When employees track their time, the system calculates their hours and rate to create an invoice. At the end of each pay period, invoices are generated automatically—no manual data entry required.
Can I edit an invoice before approving it?
Yes. Before approval, you can adjust the invoice amount, add bonuses or deductions, and include notes. Once you're satisfied, approve it to move to payment.
How do I pay an approved invoice?
Approved invoices can be paid directly through our Wise integration. Click "Pay" on the invoice, and funds are transferred to the employee's bank account.
Can I export invoices for my accounting software?
Yes. Export invoices as PDF for records or CSV for importing into QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software. Full payment history is available for audit purposes.
